Return Policy:
You can return items purchased from exquisitenewyork.com within 15 days of purchase, as long as they are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns for products that have been opened or used. If you received a gift with your purchase, you must also return it along with the qualifying items for your return to be accepted.
Please include the return receipt in the package and return the products in their original packaging and condition.

Exchange Policy:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
If the item you are exchanging for is of a higher value, we will charge you the difference in price. If the item is of a lower value, we will refund you the difference.
